Hidden somewhere between the chaos that is Robina Town Centre and Pacific Fair is the Q Super Centre. I know what you’re thinking, you have driven past it on your way to work about a thousand times over and all you see is a few take out stores and supermarkets. Don’t worry, I did too. If you have read some of my previous posts you will know I’m all about those hidden secret gems on the Gold Coast and finding unique treasures. I can assure you, if you look in the right places at Q Super Centre, you will be sure to find them. Here are my favourite spots!

1. Belle Collection: I had already seen Belle Collection before so as soon as I saw the black polished signage, the flicker of the candles and the perfect styled homewares I knew what I was in for. I walked into Belle with every intention not to spend a cent (saving is good, spending is bad). I was there purely to take some pretty pictures to show you all where I got almost all my home décor from. Alas this was not the case as I soon found more and more things I was certain I could cram into my bedroom. I mean with a store that looks like this how could you not? Belle specialises in beautiful homewares, gifts and fashion jewellery. From one interior lover to another, I can promise you this shop is an absolute must see.

2. Domani: Domani is a store that I wasn’t aware of but now that I know, I’m certain that I will be checking in regularly. Domani is a women’s fashion store that sells everything from clothing to bags to shoes to accessories, So yes, it is basically a woman’s dream. Domani design and manufacture everything themselves so you can be rest assured that if you get your races dress here, no two looks will ever be the same. As I walked around the store it was clear that the design lines were all based on femininity and uniqueness. The garments are the perfect contrast with options for fresh summer floral or bold cobalt and burgundy colours for winter. If you are struggling on what to get your best girlfriend as a birthday present, I would highly recommend one of Domani’s rings. With such a diverse range and high quality pieces you will easily be able to pick one that best represents your friend.

3. Flowers on Q: I can never walk past a pretty posy. A good florist is hard to come by, there definitely is artistry to creating the perfect combination that both brightens the room but blends with the home. Needless to say these girls know what they are doing and how to create the perfect bunch. If you’re struggling to pick the perfect flower (and are worried if you don’t then she will make you sleep on the couch) head into Flowers on Q! The staff are lovely and are more than happy to walk you through the options.

4. Bellachino: Whilst the centre does have its fair share of franchises such as The Coffee Club, Noodle Box, Subway and Michel’s Patisserie I was on the hunt for a good quality café. Enter Bellachino. As someone who has recently become painfully aware that I am gluten intolerant I can tell you right now, eating out is an absolute nightmare. It has only been in the last few weeks that I have discovered how little options there are on the menu and how few desserts there are (and no, a single flavoured muffin doesn’t count, and please stop with the brownies). So from the bottom of my heart I have to say a big hallelujah to you Bellachino!

As soon as I walk into the café, there are an array of desserts. I must admit, I had to look twice to make sure I wasn’t dreaming. Raspberry coconut slice, apricot coconut slice, caramel slice, citrus slice, mini pear and walnut muffins and orange and almond mini cakes and they’re ALL gluten free. WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL MY LIFE?!?

Aside from the sweet treats Bellachino have a fantastic menu with all day breakfast favourites like the breakfast brochette (yum) and acai bowl (double yum) or check out the lunch menu for burgers, salads and so much more. Overall, the vibe of this café is incredibly homely and the staff and restaurant owner go above and beyond to give the best service and food they can. What more could you ask for?

All up, my day at Q Super Centre was spectacular and I can’t wait to go back again soon!
