Originating from the U.S., StretchLab is the world leader in one-on-one assisted stretching.

The StretchLab Ashmore studio is the first on the Gold Coast and sits alongside the first Club Pilates studio, which combines to create a holistic wellness hub for locals.

Filling the gap in the health and fitness industry, StretchLab Ashmore is providing Gold Coasters with a new outlet to alleviate the aches and pains we experience from injury, chronic pain, workloads, or general life. There’s no one reason as to why people start visiting StretchLab. In our Ashmore Studio, we assist clients with a range of goals and lifestyles. In studio, you’re paired with a “Flexologist,” who will lead you through either a 25 minute or 50 minute fully assisted stretch, where they customise the session to individual needs and goals, taking into consideration any injuries, aches, or pains.
The style of stretching is referred to as Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), and with guided breathing, your Flexologist coaches you through the stretching session safely. PNF stretching is designed to improve muscle elasticity through simple
stretching and contracting of the targeted muscle.
