Lilly Pilly Gin Cocktail Recipes to Fall in Love With!

It’s time to settle on a romantic, mouth-watering drinks menu for Valentine’s Day, and with these easy-to-create recipes, you don’t need to be a cocktail extraordinaire to make these delicious sips from Manly Spirits Co.

The romantic new cocktails are made from Manly Spirits Co.’s popular Lilly Pilly Pink Gin product giving a fruity lighter style gin and crafted with zero-sugar creating a balanced pink gin that isn’t overly sweet, making the perfect summer gin cocktail.

The Lilly Pilly Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • Manly Spirits Co.’s 30ml Lilly Pilly gin
  • 15ml Verjuice
  • 10ml Raspberry syrup
  • Top prosecco
  • Garnish raspberry powder
  • Lemon peel

Method: 

  • Shake all the ingredients except the prosecco
  • Double strain into a flute glass
  • Add prosecco and some lemon peel on top of the drink for garnish

The Bella Rosa Cocktail 

Ingredients: 

  • Manly Spirits Co.’s 50ml Lilly Pilly gin
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 20ml Rosella & Rose cordial
  • 20ml Aqua faba (or egg white)
  • Top lemonade
  • Dried rose petals to garnish

Method: 

  • Dry shake all the ingredients except the lemonade without the ice
  • Add some ice into the shaker and shake again
  • Strain into the highball add ice and lemonade to the top
  • Garnish with dried rose petals

The Ginger Spice 0% Alcohol Cocktail 

Ingredients: 

  • Manly Spirits Co.’s 60ml Lilly Pilly Pink 0.0
  • 30ml lime
  • 10ml ginger syrup
  • Pinch of sea salt flakes
  • Top grapefruit soda
  • Grapefruit wedge for garnish

Method: 

  • Shake all the ingredients except the grapefruit soda
  • Strain into the glass, add ice and top with grapefruit soda
  • Garnish with a slice of fresh grapefruit
