Ingredients
- 1 bottle (750 ml) chilled white wine
- Ice
- 1 litre chilled sparkling water or soda water
- 120 ml pure maple syrup (preferably amber)
- 120 ml fruit-flavoured liqueur (e.g., peach)
- 240 ml peach juice
- 300 g fresh berries
- 1 large peach, sliced into wedges
- 1 large lime, sliced into wedges
Method
- Place the fruit in the bottom of a large pitcher.
- Add wine, maple syrup, liqueur, and juice; stir gently until combined. Top with sparkling water and ice.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours (if chilling before, add ice just before serving).
