Wake Up and Taste the Heat: Scrambled Egg & Bacon Muffin with Spicy Sriracha Sauce

Rise and shine, foodies! Start your day with a flavour-packed breakfast that’s sure to kickstart your morning!

Ingredients 

2 eggs, beaten 

2 rashers bacon  

1 slice cheese 

1 English muffin 

 

Sauce: 

1/2 cup mayonnaise 

2-3 tablespoons sriracha  

2 tablespoons tomato chutney  

 

Method
  1. Preheat the grill function to medium heat and place the English muffin halves and bacon onto a tray. Place under the grill while you scramble the eggs.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
  3. To assemble, place the cheese onto the muffin base and allow to melt. Place the bacon and eggs on top and spoon over the sauce. Top with the second muffin half and serve to your McMuffin-loving mum.
